Terms of Service
Using PicklePodium
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. Organizers are responsible for their tournament rules, eligibility decisions, staffing, safety, venue operations, communications, and compliance obligations.
Registrations and organizer payments
Unless PicklePodium explicitly presents its own checkout, entry fees are paid directly to the tournament organizer. The organizer—not PicklePodium—sets entry, confirmation, refund, cancellation, and transfer policies and resolves participant payment disputes.
Scores and event decisions
Officials and organizers remain responsible for verifying scores, draws, schedules, eligibility, walkovers, signatures, and final results. Software warnings and estimates assist those decisions but do not replace tournament officials.
DUPR-rated divisions
An organizer who marks a division as DUPR-rated agrees that its match results are submitted to DUPR, that every player in it must hold a DUPR account, and that they and their officials keep scores accurate and complete. Entering a DUPR-rated division under a false level, arranging results, entering matches that were not played, or otherwise manipulating ratings is grounds for removal from the tournament and from PicklePodium, and may be reported to DUPR. Ratings shown in PicklePodium are DUPR ratings; DUPR is a trademark of DUPR Inc.
Availability and backups
We work to keep the service reliable, but internet access and third-party systems can fail. Organizers should test venue connectivity and retain appropriate printed or offline operational fallbacks.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, or misuse participant information.
