Delete your account
You can permanently delete your PicklePodium account yourself, from inside the app or on the website. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
How
- 1Sign in to PicklePodium.
- 2Open Profile from the menu.
- 3Scroll to Danger zone.
- 4Type DELETE, then press Delete my account permanently.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, your profile (name, photo, phone number), your staff roles on any tournament, and every setting tied to your account.
What is kept, and why
A tournament is other people's results too. Tournaments you organized, and the billing records behind them, pass to PicklePodium so brackets, standings and receipts stay intact for the players who earned them. Entries you registered stay on the draw as name-only entries — your partner keeps their place. Matches you were assigned to umpire stay on the schedule for the organizer to reassign. Records required for payment, dispute, or legal purposes are kept only as long as required.
