What we collect

PicklePodium stores account details, tournament and registration information, participant contact details, payment references and receipt images, match scores, signatures, staff assignments, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

How it is used

We use this information to operate registrations, payments, schedules, scoring, public results, support, security, and service reliability. Tournament organizers can access the participant information needed to run their events.

What is public

Tournament pages may publicly show event details, participant or team names, schedules, brackets, scores, standings, sponsors, and organizer-provided news. Private contact details, payment references, receipts, and signature images are not intended for public display.

Storage and service providers

Data is processed by infrastructure providers used for authentication, databases, file storage, hosting, payments, and product assistance. Access is restricted according to account and tournament roles.

DUPR ratings

PicklePodium is a DUPR partner. When an organizer marks a division as DUPR-rated, the results of its matches, together with the names and DUPR IDs of the players in them, are sent to DUPR Inc. (Delray Beach, Florida, United States) and become part of each player's DUPR record. Your DUPR ID is shared only for those divisions. Data held by DUPR is governed by DUPR's own privacy policy, and requests to correct or remove it from DUPR are made to DUPR.

If you tick the DUPR box at signup or on your Profile, we also give DUPR your email address once a quarter so DUPR can contact you about ratings and events. This is optional, off by default, and you can withdraw it from your Profile at any time; withdrawals are passed on at the next quarterly handover. Both flows involve transferring your data to the United States.

Deleting your PicklePodium account removes your DUPR ID and your consent from our records. Results already submitted to DUPR remain with DUPR.

Your choices

You may ask an organizer to correct or withdraw an event registration. You can delete your account yourself from your Profile at any time. For account access, correction, or export requests, email support@endevo.info. Some records may be retained where needed for transaction, security, dispute, or legal purposes.
